Galleria del Cembalo S.r.l.s guarantees that the processing of all personal data which is received by electronic mail or electronic forms, including when registering, is in accordance with the provisions of the existing legislation on privacy (Legislative Decree 30th June 2003, No. 196, and Legislative Decree 10th August 2018, n. 101). 

The provision of the requested personal data is required in order to allow the registration of stakeholders in the mailing list of the Galleria del Cembalo. If such data is not disclosed, the registration will not be possible. 
Personal details provided by the user will only be processed by the data controller and the persons delegated by him, the list of which is available upon request for communications concerning the activities of the Galleria del Cembalo and for sending any communication of information regarding the Gallery itself and will not be disclosed to third parties, other than public bodies and authorities of PS and PG who legally required it. 

The rights are those specified in Article 7 of the “Privacy” and can be exercised with an informal request, by registered letter, fax or email to the owner or manager. 
The data controller is the Galleria del Cembalo S.r.l.s, with headquarters in Largo Fontanella Borghese 19 – 00186 Rome. The processor is Paola Cavazza at the Galleria del Cembalo S.r.l.s, employees and agents are authorized to carry out the processing operations by the owner, whose name is available upon request.
